Show Lounge Guests – Important Renovation Information!
We are excited for our Show Lounge area and Box Office to get renovated! This means there are a few things you will need to know before you arrive for your show:
- Our Box Office is temporarily located at Guest Services; all ticket sales and pick ups will be at this location
- Your entry to the show lounge is now temporarily located just past Crossroads – watch for signage
- Access to the show lounge lobby washrooms and bar is still available through the main show lounge
- Our pedway to Cornwall Center and the Delta Hotel is temporarily closed at this time
- The elevator to the balcony is also temporarily closed
- If you are seated in the balcony please use the temporary entrance doors and make your way up to your seats using the normal set of stairs. If you require the elevator please find Guest Service staff member for assistance
